Family Therapy
This therapy is recommended for situations where an individual’s mental health impacts their family dynamics or when the family becomes a source of stress for the individual. Our family therapy sessions are 45 minutes long. However, please note that we do not offer couples therapy. While we are experts in providing family therapy, our clinic does not offer couples therapy.

In-Person Sessions

We use a secure “Client Portal” when conducting online video sessions so clients can conveniently receive outpatient therapy. This method eliminates transportation hassles and parking problems while reducing time constraints and expenses related to busy schedules.
Phone Sessions
Our phone sessions are ideal for clients who are unable to do video or in-person sessions. This method allows clients to experience the convenience of remote outpatient therapy despite having difficulties understanding the technology required to conduct video sessions.

How Will My Telehealth Appointment Be Conducted?
We conduct video and phone outpatient therapy sessions when requested. These methods require you to pick a safe, private place to conduct your appointments where no one will overhear you. We also need to know where you are for each session, and you must provide an emergency contact person in case of an emergency.
For video sessions, you may use any device that can access the internet. We use an online “Client Portal” that is HIPAA-compliant and encrypted to protect your confidentiality.
Can I Do My Telehealth Session from Anywhere?
Telehealth appointments for outpatient therapy can be conducted anywhere as long as you are in the state where your therapist is licensed to practice. Our therapist is licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida. DO NOT drive during your appointment for everyone’s safety, including yours. We will end the session and reschedule it for a later time or date if we see you driving.
At the start of your appointment, let us know your location in case of an emergency. We recommend you choose a safe, quiet, and private spot for your telehealth outpatient therapy sessions. In addition, please provide us with an emergency contact person.
